Dear Co-Labourers in Christ:

As we look forward into this New Year, we can't help but wonder what it holds forth. There is one verse I have claimed each year and that is Isaiah 41:10. "Fear thou not; for I am with thee; be not dismayed, for I am thy God; I will strengthen thee, yea I will help thee." What a promise to claim this New Year!

I have just received word that two more of the boys in our Sunday School in the Philippines in the 1950's are now missionaries, one to Vietnam and one to Taiwan. Certainly we are seeing the results of our labors.

Thanks again for your faithful gifts and prayers. I will reach my 80th year this year, and I realize because of the failing of my health, I will have to make some decisions for the future. Pray that God will give wisdom as I have no family to look to for help or advice.
