Dear
Friends:
Edith and
I have finished reporting to our scheduled supporting
churches since we arrived in September. We have been
encouraged by what God is doing in the churches of America
today. It inspires us to return to our ministry on the field
with renewed commitment. Thank you for allowing us to be in
your church and be a part of your missionary ministry.
We are
very grateful for your gracious hospitality and generous
offering. The Lord has supplied $4000 for the church
rebuilding project in the Bicol Region. Praise the Lord! We
only need $1000 more to complete this project.
The Lord
willing we will leave on January 4, 2008. Please pray for
our travel, recovery from jet lag, adjustment to the time
change and assuming the many duties that await us. We are
delighted that our grand daughter, Rachel, is returning with
us for six weeks. Please pray for her.
The second
week of February we will interview those who have applied to
Asian Baptist Clearinghouse for acceptance. Would you please
pray for this application, screening and interviewing
process? The Lord is doing great things through ABC.
